Ok stay

Room seemed dusty with a tone of hair on the window like someone shaved string out the window. The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were completely empty so first thing to do is call housekeeping. Beds were ok but I recommend asking for more pillows. Over all it was a good stay for a family of 3 with a five year old.

Stopping along the way...

We were just passing through the desert from Lake Havasu and took the notion to stay in Laughlin. Hotel was pleasant, room spacious but bathroom could use a bit of reno work. Good night's rest.

Never had housekeeping in our room, Had to call for towels, trash cans were all full on floors hotel was dirty. Had hairs all over bathroom, pieces of dirty towel shredded all over our counter in bathroom, was not a Pleasant experience. When called about housekeeping never came there was no im sorry we’ll get that taken care of nothing
