VILLA AQUAMARINE, beautiful rustic stone villa near the sea - island Krk
Villa 'AQUAMARINE ***** is built on the foundations of a 200 year old country house, surrounded by olive trees and "traditional" dry stone walls.
In the large garden there is a private swimming pool, a sun bathing beach and a stone lounge for relaxation in the shade.
Two story house. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room organized as an old style tavern with a fireplace, an ideal intimate space for friends. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are on the first floor. Both rooms have access to a large covered terrace with sea views. Upstairs in the spacious attic room there is another bedroom with a bathroom and a cozy living room with two single beds. AQUAMARINE rustic villa is ideal for family vacation and relaxation for groups of friends. During the hot summer months you can relax in the lounge area under the stone vaults or on the terrace and enjoy in the beautiful green garden with the built-in grill and a huge stone table.

Beautiful villa
Fantastisk flott villa. Var her i en uke i Juli/august. Ligger i er rolig boligområde ca 10 min fra havnen i Malinska. Store rom og bad. Fantastisk uteområde med saltvannsbasseng. Boligen er delikat og med flotte interiørdetaljer. Deno er en serviceminded vert og er veldig hjelpsom og tilgjengelig. Fordel å ha bil da det er litt langt til butikkene hvis man skal handle inn mye varer, og kanskje litt langt fra stranden for de som foretrekker strandlivet.

traumhafte rustikale Villa
Wir verbrachten mit unseren drei Teenagern eine wunderschöne Woche in einer sehr liebevoll restaurierten und dekorierten großzügigen Villa. Alles war vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann (außer der Fernseher - was aber auch mal sehr gut war). Wir genossen den traumhaften Meerblick in der fantastischen, großen Hängeschaukel auf der oberen Terrasse. Auf der unteren, ebenfalls überdachten Terrasse kann man toll essen und gemütlich beisammen sein. Der weitläufige, wunderschön angelegte Garten führt zu einem großen schönen Pool. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl man in nur 10 Minuten fußläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch den belebten Hafen Malinskas erreichen kann. Praktisch sind auch die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Unser Gastgeber Deno begrüßte uns mit kalten Getränken und kümmerte sich jederzeit um Tischreservierungen oder Bootsausflüge. Fazit: Tip-Top
