The most outdated and the dirties hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm a big world traveler and chose this hotel before our cruise. The room was so so dirty that i almost stayed up the whole night. I have pictures of dirty stuff in the drawers, smelly and dirty sheets with bkack hair on it at the time of checking . The conceige was so rude . The hotel needs amjor remodeling as it is in a good location. If you are someone who likes upscale hotels, definitely avoid this hotel.

If you're looking for s place to stay close to the Airport. This hotel is pretty solid. We had a delay and stayed here the night. No complaints really. They even had a shuttle.

We only spent one night and the room was comfy enough but we went downstairs for dinner and ordered grilled cheese and fries. Fries were cold and for a hotel that charges what they do for a meal surely you could come up with better cheese for the sandwich than plain old Velveeta that wasnt even melted. Sad.

Nice hotel with impressive pool area. And decent restaurant. I’m only giving 3 out 5 because they didn’t give us any maid service and claimed we had to request it. I had to ask them twice for towels and toilet paper. They also gave us the wrong room and I had to get that changed.
