"This is my go-to hotel in Banff because of its pool and sauna . This was however the first time I’d been given one of the updated rooms. And boy are they classy. A fresh uptake, but without being too modern or minimalist. Totally in keeping with the style of the hotel!"

"The staff was incredibly friendly and granted us access to our room even before the usual check-in time. Despite arriving 3 hours early, they allowed us to use the parking lot before the check-in process."

"The place has a cosy atmosphere, it feels like home. It has everything we need. The only issue we had was the key card was faulty. I have to go back and forth to the front desk to reactivate the key cards, which was not really much of a problem "
