The hotel is walkable to shopping and dining services. The staff are lovely and friendly to me every time I have stayed. It is the only hotel I stay at when I am in Banff.

Very convenient location in Banff downtown area with lots of shopping, dining & entertainment options. Free shuttle to sunshine village, Lake Louise & Norquay ski resorts is very convenient. Rooms could use some interior upgrades, air conditioning/heating units are quite loud & noise from hallways can easily be heard through the steel doors & walls. My son & I we’re staying for 12 nights & unfortunately there was a minor hockey tournament in town & the kids running back & forth the hallways & playing mini stick hockey made it near impossible to get any real sleep for four nights of the weekend they were there. Following weekend had another group in for a tournament & was much the same. Other than the poor soundproofing between rooms & hallways its is a very convenient location & staff were great.

Great place to stay. free parking and many amenities to be had while also being right in downtown banff with easy access to nearly all your needs. for the size of the room i feel it’s a little overpriced but overall a great property and great staff with clean, well maintained amenities like the hot tub and sauna. would definitely stay again and recommend it to those in the banff area.

the location of this hotel is very ideal for those that want to be within walking distance to the downtown core. We were able to walk where ever we needed all weekend long. The little restaurant downstairs had delicious food. The rooms are nice and clean, and even though it is a busier hotel I didn't find it very noisy. Overall happy with our stay.

Centrally located in the town of Banff. However our room was on the first floor in the back above the underground garage door which was noisy all the time especially when staff was rolling out bins early in the morning or late at night or delivery trucks were unloading

VERY LIMITED PARKING. Was told to find street parking and pay for that or park our car for free from 20:00-08:00 in certain street areas. The inn itself wasn't bad stay was pretty average, nothing terrible, but also nothing out of the extraordinary. Hotel felt a little old, but still clean. Room was larger than expected which was nice. The washroom was a little weird, with the sink outside of the washroom in the main room. We also had a room on the first floor that did not have any windows leading to the outside, which was little annoying. Our view outside the window was the floor right by the dining area. The doors are also quite thin and do little in sound isolation (a loud group came around around 3 AM, and I could hear their every word).

The location is great to walk around downtown and to restaurants. It definitely needs some updates; the rooms are showing wear and tear. Pillows are odd in that they are square and hard. Rooms are a tight fit for 2 adults. The heater would turn on and off all night, blowing in my face. Annoying.
