Avoid this hotel really bad service
I booked a room with two queen beds through Hotels.com and received the confirmation. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised to find that they gave me a room with one bed and a sofa bed with a mattress full of springs that stuck out and pressed into my back. I had to get up and ask for some pillows or covers to cushion the springs and be able to sleep. The receptionist made no effort to resolve the issue with the room I had reserved; she simply did not help. I do not recommend this hotel, and the previous reviews I read are overrated. The only thing I can somewhat salvage is the breakfast, but for me, never again. Should I file a complaint with Hotels.com despite the late check-in time (around 10 PM) after hours of driving?

Dont stay here!
This was a short overnight visit, conveniently close to the airport so I could quickly catch an early morning flight. Once I arrived at this location I was greeted with a group of contruction works with a Kansas tag on their work truck, blasting vulgar music, mind you this is after 11 pm , huge red flag. A huge note greeted me on the front door stating the property is NOT responsible for auto break in's on there property. Check in was a breeze and the front staff was very friendly and acknowledged me promptly the only acceptable part of my one night stay. I arrived to my room and cleaned it to my likings and while applying my personal bedding coverings, I bruised and scratched my leg on the unattached bed rail. This location is in a prime location to eateries, shopping and conveniently close hwy access for travelers; however it is in despite need of updates and repairs. The bathroom lighting is very dim. The carpet is in need of a deep cleaning, room furniture should be replaced when the items are broken and in the stages of rusting. The elevator infrastructure was falling apart .

This hotel has just 1 handicap accessible room! I requested an accessible room, as I am wheelchair bound, upon booking a room. I called ahead to warn that I may arrive late. At that time I was informed that the one accessible room was out of order! No one was going to tell me! Luckily I was able to find an accessible room, elsewhere.

It was a nice stay for one night, but I don’t think it would suit a multi night stay. It was great for our needs. Clean room and beds but the breakfast needs some serious work. The staff was a nice as they could be! Super helpful and very happy!
