Tried to cancel usual 48 hours in advance and receptionist was not helpful. She said it was Travelocity that would need to help me and Travelocity is saying the hotel has to issue credit. Very disappointed in both. I know they kept my money and more than likely rented out room to another guest. I believe this is just wrong.

Air Conditioner was leaking, when I called to report it the next morning, the front desk said "it's still leaking"!!! The room smelled musty, and I had a sore throat and headache. No offer to discount or refund the room. Also found a pill/medication on the floor.

There were hairs on multiple surfaces in the bathroom (in the toilet, shower, walls, floors, etc). Overall the property was rundown and disappointing. The toilet did not flush at all. Front desk staff was not welcoming. Unfortunately this was one of the highest rated hotels in the area. I would recommend you keep driving and not stay at this exit.
