Even though I had purchased the travel insurance, I kept hitting roadblocks simply because I couldn’t remember my old login information, even when I called them. It was ridiculous. Hotel.com scammed my money. 💵 Will not use hotels.com again and now won’t post my review.

Consider other options

To start things off, we arrived an hour before the regular check-in time, but there is no early check-in. We finally checked in after 8pm. Upon arrival, we noticed that the parking lot has extremely poor lighting, including several light poles that are out. To me, this is a safety and security issue. Once we checked in and got to our room, we tried to use the extra security lock, but as you can see, it was poorly installed and had a noticeable part of the door torn up. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, and as you can see from the shower, the track the door is on is filthy and hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud as well. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Didn't like that we couldn't pay cash for our room. Coffee maker didn't work. One was left in the room in the box for me to set up. Rooms are made up only every other day when you stay multiple days. Breakfast was not included (16.00 charge). Services at less priced but equally well appointed hotels were better on our trip.

Hotel Cleanliness and the Staff were Great!

We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of this hotel. For us, this is paramount. Front desk service and food service personnel were great! Other aspects of the hotel were fine, but did not live up to the standard of the other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at numerous times. This one needs updating and better overall maintenance. We would probably stay elsewhere next time because this hotel was more expensive than some others that had the same or better ratings, but we chose it because of our great experiences at other Hilton Garden Inns in places like Athens, Georgia and the Washington, DC area.
