If you cancelled in our 24 hour policy window then that would not be an issue but if not you will receive no refund per our cancellation policy

This hotel is very outdated. My double queen room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. One light did not work. The safety lock that you hook from the door to the frame was broke and unusable. The grounds are poorly maintained as the parking lot and surrounding landscaping is full of weeds. It does not warrant $140/night.

Great staff working in a tired facility. Wifi was very weak in our end of the building. The room smelled damp (there was evidence of them trying to address this). Mold is growing in the tub. It wouldn't take much $$ to address simple issues. But overall we got what we paid for which wasn't much.

Wifi didnt work, room stank and was super humid, fitted sheet on one bed had no elastic so constantly came off, the other bed was made improperly so the duvet and sheets were all over the place. Floors in the toom felt filthy and damp. One of the bedside lamps didnt work. Deadbolt on the door of our room was broken and the side door of the hotel was broken and wouldnt shut properly so not safe. At the pool one window had multiple holes that looked suspiciously like holes from a gunshot and the bathroom at the pool was totally filthy. People at the front desk very friendly though.

Hi,We are sorry that your stay with us was not satifactory and thank you for bringing these things to our attention..We are working on a better wifi signal, also hired a new housekeeper and that is a training issue that we can address..as far as the holes in the window those were from a previous owner before we took over this hotel..the hotel industry is an everchanging business and we do care about our guests and your stay with us, hopefully you will come back sometime to see our improvements that we are working on daily... Have stayed here before on a one-night stay on a longer trip. Quiet and good location.
