There are 3 Phases of condos at Mt Harbor. The 3 phases are vastly different. Do your homework or ask me. I'll be honest, even if you book elsewhere. It's best to know upfront. This condo is one of our most popular. It is across the street from two others we have. All 3 are 1500 sf. Check us out. This Condo has a unique layout. Very Nice, especially the master suite. Not another one like it. This spacious condominium has ample room, fireplace, lake and wooded views, 2BR, 2BA. A fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals including flour, cornmeal, sugar and oil. The dining area has seating for four to eight people comfortably. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa, chair in front of the cozy fireplace and large flat screen TV with DVD player. We will even leave age & gender appropriate movies upon request for your viewing pleasure. The screened in porch with lights has seating for your entire family & a soothing water feature. We pull down the canvases in the winter so you can sit on the warm, toasty porch sipping coffee in comfort while watching eagles fish in the cove. Jan & Feb are Eagle Watching Months. No next door neighbors means you have complete privacy. We have a gas grill for your convenience (propane provided). And a charcoal if you prefer. It has full sized washer and dryer.

Our fully equipped home even has foam rafts for the pool, ice chest on wheels, pool games and water noodles. It has an elegant master suite with a very comfy king size bed along with a TV and DVD player which can be viewed from the large Jacuzzi tub.

Our guest room has two comfortable queen size beds with both TV and DVD player. The room stays dark, cool and comfortable all summer long. Not all of our condos are like our Treehouse unit. We own Lake Ouachita Vacation Realty and rent our units year round.

These are the only condominiums located on this beautiful lake which is almost 50,000 acres and a pristine 1000 miles of shoreline with no homes or private docks. You can park in the cove and walk to your condo easily. You may also walk to the pool, Turtle Cove Spa, Workout and hiking trails. We have it all. The horse stables are the cleanest I have ever seen. These horses are very loved and cared for. There is a weight limit so call first.

We even have a kayak company that will bring the boats to you for a tour. OuachitaKayakTours.net is here for your convenience.

Absolutely beautiful cabin a hop, skip and jump from the shores of Lake Ouachita. The Mountain Harbor resort is well equipped, quiet and away from the rush of the Hot Springs crowd. Sami was a wonderful host, so proactive and available. Spacious rooms with multiple porches for evening relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bath is sheer luxury. Beautful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable getaway
We had a great time with plenty of space for everyone and communication with Owner was really helpful when you need it. Great kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Location was exactly what we were looking for and the adjacent campsite around the bend was beautiful. The tennis court across the street was perfect for extra exercise between hikes. We stayed during spring break but would love to come back for summer and water sports.

Home away from home!
My husband, 11 year old daughter, in-laws and I stayed and had an amazing time! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and had every utensil, pan or anything we would need. It was clear that so much care was put into making everything feel like a home away from home. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The bedrooms had extra towels and plants of pillows and blankets. The art on the walls was so much fun to read and look at. And every window had a view or trees - we really felt like we were secluded. Sami was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and helpful. My daughter and I walked down until we found the water to the lake. It was low thus time. We visited the pool ( walking distance) and had it all to ourselves and it was lovely. We were even able to use pool towels and floats from the house. We also went to the lodge (I think that's the name) and had a great dinner. There was a wait, but it was a pleasant one in the courtyard. We rented a boat from the marina and went out on the lake - it was beautiful and perfect for swimming. Everyone in the group agreed we would be back! Also, I lost an earring while we were there and I thought it was gone....Sami found it after we left and let me know she would send it to me in Texas! It arrived the other day and I am so grateful. We had a wonderful time! Thank you, Sami!

The host, Sami Grace really tries to make sure all feel welcome with her many treats and little touches. On the con side, the fans were all a mess, my son in law even cleaned one in his room. Fake plants and the many throw pillows need to go. The bathrooms were clean and towels were thick and smelled clean as were the sheets.

Great Lake Ouachita Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, nicely furnished, and conveniently located condo. Sami did an exceptional job making us feel welcomed with a basket of treats waiting for us when we arrived, and even a bag of treats and a ball for our Lab! The screened in and open decks were really enjoyable. It felt like we were in a treehouse with a nice glimpse of the lake. We look forward to coming back!

A trip to the Treehouse
To say that staying in this incredible condo was a great experience would be the understatement of the day. It was beautifully set up, & so comfortable for four of us staying there & for friends in the Mt Ida area to come eat dinner with us. Sami Grace has thought of everything a vacationing family might need. Good coffee, a well equipped kitchen, a nice collection of novels, a sweet bubbling fountain on the screened in porch, & a living room all so comfortable for chatting you didn't want to leave. The only outings we had were to the Wegner Crystal Mines, where we actually dug some of our own crystals! We all want to come back & stay again when it's warm enough to use the pool. Or next fall when we can have a fire in that beautiful fireplace! A+++ for this VRBO.

Perfect Retreat
This is an awesome place - nestled in the trees (the name Treehouse is apt), with everything you need to relax. We really enjoyed the fireplace, the huge and super clean jacuzzi tub, and the wonderful part-screened-in, part-open-air deck with a serene water feature. The view of the lake is the icing on the cake! The living room is so spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and we loved the personal touches from the host, including a gift baggie for our dog. We will absolutely be back!

This was our first rental with Vrbo. Sami made our experience wonderful! The house was very welcoming! We had fun playing with the games on the table. The patio was our favorite! Our dog was even greeted with a welcoming bag! We hope to return soon!
