The hotel was conveniently located near many different dining options, tourist attractions, and shopping. The room was clean upon arrival, staff were friendly. Included breakfast was good, included a waffle making station. No complaints, would stay again

Ok Stay

Overall in the room was neat and felt clean, bed was comfortable. However, there were bags of trash in the hallway when we arrived in the evening that were still in the same spots the next morning (8:30am). That makes you wonder about the overall cleanliness.

The rate and the staff are great. This is our second stay here and we like it. It’s one of the most quiet hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at least 100 different hotels in my lifetime. It’s a great deal for the price comparatively speaking. We will stay here again for sure.

I usually try to stay at a choice hotel. Actually stayed at this sleep in before but it has gone Dien. Find roaches in room and the fitted bed sherry has a whole like a rodent chewed it up. Needles to say, i won't be staying there again

After check in, the elevator and 3rd floor smelled like pot. The next morning, the odor still remained and we brought it to the front desk associate. Later that day, approximately 1:00, we returned to our room and the odor was even more prevalent. We decided to cut our reservation short. Upon checking out and explaining the reason to the front desk associate, he did not offer an apology or ask if there was anything that he could do to fix the problem (which should have been handled after the first complaint that morning). He did however issue a refund for one day. Positives are that the room was dated but spacious and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Excellent stay

Great hotel,a little dated in places but immaculately clean.Price the weekend before Christmas couldn't be beat,the standout in this hotel is the staff.Everyone from front desk to breakfast lady and even the cleaning crew on checkout day were very personable and professional. We come to Little River 4-5 times a year and this will definitely be our go to place,5 stars at a 3 star price.
