Horrific Staff
Until there is a change in management, I would not stay at this hotel. I had to get in contact with IHG Corporate and the General Manager of the company to remedy my issues.

Coffee in the morning was 10$! After you pay for the convenience of being downtown and an extra 50$ fees for parking you’d think holiday inn could throw in a complimentary morning coffee! Also I discovered a charge for 32.45$ charge to my credit card with no explanation

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay three extra days. The free drink during happy hour each day was so nice. The only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Also the bathroom door kept sliding open. The hotel was also dog friendly. We had a great room near the elevators and able to watch the sunrise from our window. We plan to return for December 2025. Thank you!
