Book a hotel near Navy Island, Niagara Falls

"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. I would probably come back here but hope these observations can be improved. "

"We had a great stay at the Villa even on a weekend with a Winter Storm Warning! It was a perfect place to hang out, relax, watch TV and watch the snow fall. If you are not doing the traditional Niagara Falls tourist thing, there is a movieplex that is a 15 minute drive (before the roads got really bad) and a wonderful supermarket 3 minutes away where we got ready to warm and heat meals for the snowy weekend. Jalapa was a great host, meeting us at check in to show is around and in great communication at check out. Can’t wait to come back in better weather to use the hot tub and pool. (Hot tub was open, just too cold and snowy for us this time)"

"The price for this place is unbeatable for the location and quality of the house. Owner is great at communication and easygoing. Everything is cleaning and welcoming. No crazy requirements for the checkout process too. We have 2 senior small dogs (14 and 11), and the owner was understanding of our situation and let us stay without issues. The house is very pet friendly, and the neighborhood is great for dogs. It was our first time taking the dogs to Canada. I have to say that everything about this house made it great for the dogs. Sadly, we are moving further away from Niagara Falls area, so it will be harder for us to take the dogs back. If we are not moving, we will definitely book this place again. If everything works out with us in the near future before the move, we will definitely come back to this house again with the dogs. "
