The process to check in for this particular property was very long. I am not sure why but I recommend looking to see if they can streamline anything as it was probably over an hour for most people to stand in line and get checked in.

Traveled with my husband and kids. Booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke. Ice maker machine wasn’t functioning everyday of our stay. Drinks all sold out at the vending machine.

Arrived at the hotel at 11pm after a long flight with my two kids and my boyfriend. The hotel oversold the rooms and didn’t not have the room with double beds I requested and paid for 3 weeks ago. They didn’t want to give me the refund because it was prepaid but they cannot accommodate my need. I am still waiting for my refund.

Comfortable airport hotel, room very good, nice pool, dining a bit limited, staff very pleasant but seemed a bit overworked. Location and convenience made it a good choice arriving off a long flight. Comfortable and stylish atrium

DON’T EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Zero Stars, the staff are very rude and has a very bad attitude, they never help, we booked 8 Rooms for our crew and had one car for all of us and they wants to charge us $25 per day for parking. We asked them nicely if they can waive that because we are a big crew with 8 Rooms and we have only one car. The lady at the front disk told me she can’t waive the fees and 2 minutes earlier I heard her saying to someone that she will give him a free parking when I told her that she said she can’t waive it and if we don’t like it we can go somewhere else, I was like wow that’s very rude and we asked for the manager she said she is the manager, she really didn’t help, we also found a blood on the sheets in the room we called the front disk and told them they said they will send someone to change the sheets, unfortunately it took them 2 and half hours to send someone with very bad attitude. The food was very nasty and expensive. Over all my experience with this hotel is below zero stars. My advice to everyone DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL ANYTIME OF THE YEAR. There are many hotels around the area with very great Customer Service. Stay away from this one
