Staff disrespectful walking to check in half an hour early female over-the-counter got up and told me she wasn’t gonna give me my room to 3 o’clock with an attitude. I stay in a lot of hotels where I arrive two hours before checking in and the room is given to me also when I arrive to my room, a lot of garbage in the hallway call front desk. No one cleaned it up to the next day. Every staff member I spoke to seem to have an attitude will not come to this place ever again.

I had a terrible 2 nites, hardly no sleep with guest staying across from my room. They were constantly slamming the door all nite into early morning. Very loud talking and cursing. Banging on doors. Garbage was constantly placed outside of room over flowing. I was also not happy with the pool area. They had private swimming classes for children in area. The floor was soaking wet all the time with hair all over floor. They should inform guests that the pool is being used for lessons.

The hallways in the hotel need to be shampooed, they are dreadful. The shower in the room I was in would not drain correctly and I was standing in a pool of water when I had finished. The carpet squares in the room were lifting all around the edges. By far, the place needs some TLC
