Up your breakfast game and staff choices

Room was clean and the pool and hot tub was great. Overnight front desk help was incredibly rude. Stopped my bf 2 times coming to the room to "see if he knew where he was going" was very impolite both times. Breakfast was terrible. Super unimpressed with it being such a big hotel in Norfolk.

I liked everything about this motel except the continental breakfast. It was terrible!!!! and the service there was less than stellar!!! Was not much to select from and was not kept supplied with what there was and what there was to choose from was not very desirable. Was sick for 2 days after eating that breakfast. We ate at the restaurant/bar the night before and it was very good.

Always a pleasant stay at Norfolk Lodge. Rooms are clean and up to date. Great complimentary breakfast. Excellent dining option for an evening meal. Friendly staff.

From the moment we drove up, Norfolk Lodge exceeded our expectations! We got to stay in the renovated part. The room had tons of space, even for an added rollaway, & large bathroom. Very soundproof, also.
