Extra charges at the last minute are not good for anyone. They charge you for parking with no option. I asked to speak to a supervisor without any results. I do not recommend this hotel with very poor management.

There was no hot water, there was roaches under the bed. It was like staying at a motel hotel. It was SO disgusting, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom was old and gross. I would never stay here again ruined my vacation.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating! There was loud music at entry which made it hard to communicate. We had to ask every day for our 2 bottles of water and for extra towels. The same spot of dirt pile behind the bathroom door was there everyday!
