I would not send my worst enemy to this property. From the moment we stepped foot on property until we left, it was horrible. My first sign should have been the "no refunds after 15 minutes of checking in" policy. We stayed in room 160. The room had bugs and mold in the bathroom. I have photos and videos. We requested towels as there was one hand towel, one washcloth and one bath towel. We were told there were no towels available. The outside doors were not secure nor locked. The amount of illegal substances that could be smelled in the hallway of a non-smoking property was ridiculous. The patio door was sealed shut. There was rust that flaked off on the door from the lock. The bathroom door (wood) was so warped, it required force to open and close it. The breakfast offerings were substandard at best. The pool was advertised as year round but had a layer of filth on it. I bought my concerns to multiple staff members and was told there was nothing to be done. I will be contacting local health inspection to document concerns as well. Travelocity and Garnet Inn should be ashamed to market this property.
