Spend your money somewhere else.

The employee at the front desk was less than friendly, and we found out that the shuttle is ONLY for Disney, and we had gotten the room mainly because we thought they offered a shuttle to Universal as well. Our room smelled like a urinal. There was a heavy coat of dust and rust on the lamps. There were specks of blood? Raspberry jelly? On the bathroom walls. There were gnats hanging out in the bathroom as well. I also really love that this motel will charge you $9 per night for housekeeping but not actually offer housekeeping- they only provide it upon request.

Clean, no frills hotel in a budget. Quick Disney trip so it served the purpose. Maybe a little outdated but it was kept very clean. Friendly and breakfast was waffles and toast , fruit and coffee. Pool was clean. Very convenient for souvenir shopping and Disney parks. We will return

Did not seem like the room was cleaned thoroughly. Lots of small damages in the rooms, in need of upkeep. Wi fi did not reach the rooms in the back of the complex.

Not the best choice on a budget

Room was not cleaned properly, small crammed rooms sleeping against the ac/heating unit, rock hard beds and a broken loose toilet. Honestly it needs replaced and set up properly. Also asks illegal questions regarding service animals. The best part is that the rooms are quiet and you can’t hear the neighbors.

Was very disappointed in service I had made a 3 night reservation that I had to cancel and check out without staying the first night. I understand the first night had to be charged and paid, but very upset the other 2 nights were not even considered for a refund or partial refund. Upon arriving at the hotel there were scrupulous looking people hanging out outside of the entrance door I had to walk through to check in while they became quiet and staring at me. Had to go through 2 sets of doors, security cameras, and bullet proof class to check in. Was given only one room key for the 4 of us. Had to walk through a dark unlit tunnel to get to the back of the hotel where our room was. Again many people loitering and staring at us. The room door was ajar when we keyed in. There was a strange odor with stains on the carpet, bedding, towels, and ceiling. You could hear people in the room next to us, banging on the ceiling from the room above us, bathroom grout was black and dirty, people were staring in our window and I did not feel safe. Our party immediately decided we could not stay and leave anything unattended for any period of time. Was questioned why we were checking out and they did not understand we did not feel safe and rooms were not clean.

Ok hotel

It’s a nice hotel. However, they did put me facing the parking lot which unfortunately right next-door. They were doing a lot of construction so there was a lot of noise. I won’t go back there for a while. It was just too noisy.
