Well to start there is Cockroaches, which is typical for Florida but still gross…. We had a pretty large one in our room, there was many down by the pool at night… trim in the room was pretty dirty looking… around the toilet didn’t look clean…

Been next to the beach is the best location, but they change the room that my wife pick and give us a different room without noticing us after we booked a year ago and front desk just blame it on Expedia, hot tub not hot and lock so the engineer couldn’t turn it on, Will look for a different Hotel in which you get what you pay for no something else or at least they can tell you if you room is not available, this is the first time I check in to a hotel and they downgrade your selection for the same price with out letting you know

The morning gentleman was phenomenal! He really has outstanding customer service! He is someone that you would consider an awesome friend. The evening gentleman the same way! He unfortunately was having computer difficulties which he apologized for and i completely understood as ive been in customer service myself. He did just find with the resources he gad. The room was alright. The towels were like sandoaper so i gad to go buy one. The floors outside seemed quite dirty and the refrigerator smelled funky but it is what it is. The bed to me was awful and so were the pillow. Furthermore the oace within itself was awesome. The bathroom and shower was wonderful. They could have been a little nicer than the materials were. Although i can understand the reasoning. The chairs ourside as well could have been a little nicer. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor lighting and elevators could of been lit up better. The main one was the parking garage at night. Thanks do much. I will return.

My experience has been great from the start. Keenan was great with my check in process. I was able to check on a bit earlier, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed all of the knowledge of the area that Charles shared with me. It was a pleasure speaking with him. I loved the view of the beach in my room. I was able to take advantage of the balcony and jacuzzi tub. My room was very clean. I plan to revisit in the near future!
