it was good until we started checking everything and when we checked the pull out couch there was bedbugs in the couch and then when we went to the kitchen to use a plate we found roaches in the cabinets, I've stayed here once before and it was never this bad, we will NEVER be back here!!!

It was nice and clean, we loved the room and balcony! The hot tub was awesome!

The hot tub had way too much bleach in it so it bleached out bathing suits white. The room was nice but the queen bed was an air mattress that was very flimsy and flat.

Loved our stay!

Me and my wife loved our stay at the Warf. The condo was very clean and everything worked in it. We loved the veiws we had from our room and the fact that you could get to the condo from the parking garage. We also loved the stay because we were able to just go strait to the condo without havibg to check in at a front desk and everything we needed for our stay like our wrist bands was laid out for us on the counter as soon as we came in. We will definetly stay here again!

The property was in great condition, along with an excellent view. We where in walking distance of many things to do. The parking lot was in a perfect location next to this huge complex. My disappointment, unit #1927. I wasn’t able to get the full usage out of the unit do to the condition of the pullout sofa. It was broken into pieces and we couldn’t use it at all, not even to sit on.

Doubtful will Stay there again

Staff wasn’t very friendly with helping us out in getting around since it was our first time there. The beds and furniture were in poor shape and not comfy.

The Worst Experience Ever

Reservation was cancelled by Vacasa while I was traveling to the site. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get another unit in the same resort. Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I was asked to find another resort at the last minute after being offered a room at another resort. This was not possible as we were part of a wedding party and had to stay in the same resort to complete the wedding preparations.
