"Great central location to walk between National Archives and Te Papa. If you’re interested in distance from Wellington Airport on foot it’s 22,000 steps (😂😂) Weigh that up with approx $36 for an Uber or bus ride if you can be bothered figuring it "

"We would have to rate this the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a number of very nice hotels). From the moment we walked in (at which point, instead of having to find the check-in desk and possibly wait in a queue, we were greeted personally and our bags were taken up to the room immediately), to the farewell chats and thank yous, everything about this hotel was meticulous, friendly, thoughtful ... and delicious (we had breakfast every morning, and ate once at the restaurant and once in the lobby lounge). Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!"

"We spent two nights at both ends of our world cruise out of Southampton. Staff were friendly and exceptionally efficient at time of booking in, and very helpful in organizing a taxi to take us to the airport when departing. I couldn't fault this accommodation. Definitely value for money."
