I had a room in the older part. Some of the furniture was pretty well used. The bed was a platform bed and not terribly comfortable. There were a few small stains on the comforter and curtain, looked like blood. There was a exhaust fan in the bathroom, but no switch to turn it on. The ice machine did not work on 4th floor or 3rd floor. I finally found some on the 5th.

Great view of beach and sunset from suite. Breakfast was ok, definitely not worth $24, so buy it with the room price. I didn't like that there was only one trolly for luggage (I prefer to take my own bags instead of having someone do it for me).

Wonderful staff, wonderful stay!
The room was above and beyond what I was expecting. Keegan at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient. Even though he said I would be able to see the NYE fireworks from my room and that ended up not being true. I still really enjoyed my stay. The bellman were very courteous as well (Chris and another). The jacuzzi tub had hair in it, but it’s all good. Another downfall is communicating with someone at the hotel. It is so hard to get through to someone before the reservation and then while I was there. It’s a bad look to call the front desk from the room phone and no one answers. Then I got a recording to leave a message! Like, fr!!?! But I will consider returning one day.

Everybody works there super nice and willing to help customers from the bottom of their heart. Great customer service made our New Year trip so special! Especially, Christine works at front was so sweet! We will difinitely come back to this Hilton Pensacola Beach!

Im not sure who gets the bad remarks. Expedia or Hilton? When i reserved trip and paid for trip i asked for a room with a beach view. I was put on 2nd floor with view of roof top. Overall Hilton Pensacola Beach was excellent. Definitely needs to be remodeled and upgraded. At least our room did. Shower/tub especially.

we got a pretty view from our room, that was best thing about the hotel. The main restaurant (H2O) was VERY over priced and the food was average at best. The ”Starbucks” in the lobby was convenient but was more expensive than the outside Starbucks coffee shops. The clientele was pretty trashy even scary. They also had the nerve to charge for parking. Many days we couldn’t find the cleaning staff to refill the coffee or give us clean towels (we did keep do not disturb sign up though, but we listened and looked often). I’d look elsewhere.

Hotel was ok. Looks a little run down in somw areas but really run down in the rooms. The rooms are a great layout and spacious. Loved the twin bunk beds and 2 queen beds in junior suit! Love that there was a small kitchenette and balcony. Great location and beach accessible which is why we booked it. Had big problem with water temperature. Water would suddenly get super burning hot while in shower. Which is why we wouldn't choose to stay here again. We only stayed one night so us parents showered and let kiddos go one night without showers.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was extremely clean but to be truthfully honest.. the bed was VERRYYY uncomfortable. (All the rooms were booked unless they would have switched us to another room) which was very sweet and professional for them to offer. I cant wait to fo go back soon! Besides that one particular issues.. it was an absolute blast our entire stay ❤️
