Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking situation is the problem. No spaces available nearby. Long walk to the parking lot. The pool was great.

This hotel met our one night need for affordable accommodation in the area around Tanglewood. Room was clean and comfortable and afforded a nice view of the surrounding area including mountains, a nice church, and police, fire and ambulance responding to a weird scene. The parking garage attached to the hotel appears condemned which means a valet drives your car down the street to a bank lot. Let them do this. I drove myself and did NOT feel safe walking back to the hotel after the concert and I am not unaccustomed to being in large cities. Several sketchy characters in the area, at least two appeared to be on a drug like meth. Fortunately the valet walked ahead and engaged one character asking for money long enough for me to pass by for which I was extremely grateful. There is an absolutely lovely carousel down the street by the CVS you should visit during the day. Overall, the hotel was fine but the area right around it was not.

Nothing like the pictures

I had to walk across a construction site in the dark with luggage to get to the hotel. My car was parked in the bank parking lot overnight and was very severely hit. The staff were all missing teeth didn't look much better than the crackheads on the sidewalk going from the parking lot to the hotel. I will never stay here again.

Shower pressure could have been better, and we couldn't get the Red Sox game on the television (in Massachusetts of all places!) Weren't many dining options close by.

Parking garage is closed for repairs so need to walk two blocks to park car in nearby lot. Hallways and elevators were tired and had old hotel smell. Room was fine but a/c was noisy. Overall a budget experience for a budget price. Staff were very friendly!
