The room was really nice, but the food was awful. If you stay here, I definitely recommend not getting the all inclusive option. The room has a fridge and kitchen, you can get your own food and bring it to the resort. The check-in process was slow and painful. It took over an hour to check in even though there was only one person in front of us. The airport transport is misleading. It's only free to get to the resort. You have to arrange your own transportation to go to the airport. It cost us over $60. The check-in attendant chuckled under his breath when I was confused, like this happens all the time with other guests. I would avoid and go somewhere else. Not worth the price.

The pool was shoulder to shoulder people. Loud music pounding 24/7 in restaurant and pool. Food was gross - hotdogs and brown lettuce. Minibar all inclusive did not refill once during my 4 day stay.

It felt like they were actively trying to ruin our stay. Requests for basic necessities like towels were ignored, and when addressed, we were met with eye-rolls and attitude.” 3. Food Quality: • 1/5 “Absolutely abysmal. The food was cold, bland, and poorly cooked. On one occasion, it seemed like leftovers from another table were reused. The ‘signature dishes’ were inedible, and we had to eat elsewhere to avoid getting sick.” 4. Cleanliness: • 1/5 “The rooms and common areas were filthy. There were stains on the bedding, an unpleasant odor throughout, and the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here.” 5. We enjoyed the closeness with the ocean, staff was friendly for the most part with 1-2 exceptions. Our room did not have hot water and we asked the front desk 3 times to send someone from maintenance but no one came. There wasn’t even a small kleenex box in the bathroom and the room doesn’t have a mini fridge. Despite having 2 restaurants the food felt limited and repetitive .

Worst hotel ever.We had no hot water, no WiFi connection, while I was showering a scorpion surprised me and was curling on me. Stay away from this hotel. We changed hotels and didn't stay for full length.

Overall experience was ok. The view is amazing. But for the amount of money being charged the hotel can do better. Food was not good they served the same thing for lunch and dinner. The people serving need to be little more friendly. I will suggest that the hotel make the guests experience be little more fun by making more activities for guests. Maybe management need to be changed and put alittle more love in to this place because the installations and hotel over all have alot to give.

This property looked better in pictures than reality. We were welcomed into our room by a cockroach. When a new room was given, there was no WiFi and there were bugs all over. I also got sick from the food.
