All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful with the exception of one, Jill. This was surprising since, Bill, one of the front desk clerks said she is usually very good.

We have stayed here many times with an accessible room. The only negative is the walk-in shower gets a lot of the bathroom floor wet, which is incredibly slippery when wet. Like wet ice. Very dangerous IMO. This time, we only had one bedside lamp. On the plus side, the "new" TV remotes are great.
