Housekeeping accessed my room at 9 am when check out wasn't until 12. 2 times. No bar soap or trash bags in room. Cked in after 3 and had to ask for those items

Roaches!!

The morning of our first night we found a live roach in the bathroom! We informed the front desk immediately. They did not seem alarmed or concerned at all. They said they would let the manager know. We got the feeling that this happens more than we would like to know. This was our last time staying there. YUK!!

They made little to no effort to clean. The towels that were left in our room were full of holes and shredded. We actually bought Lysol wipes to clean the room. Stayed there before and quality has declined.

This is the worst hotel stay I've had. Cut my trip shirt just to leave and head home. Hair all over the room. On the bed in bathroom. Light bulbs out and not working in 2 lamps. Noisy and no privacy..The room was dirty and wore out. Bed was so uncomfortable that I left early. Yes, the hotel is a cheap price and you def get a cheap hotel. I'll never stay here again.

People smoking Marijuana in elevator or in rooms, the entire hallway smelled like that crap. Rooms need upgrading badly. Even my lampshade was crumbling/torn. The grout in the flooring of the bathroom was crumbling and stepping on it with bare feet was not pleasant. Towels and washcloths had yellowed stains. Wifi didn't work the first night and the desk clerk did not know how to check or fix it. I even brought my laptop down to the front desk. I accidentally left my phone charger in the room and came back the next day and it was never turned in. They offered to check the room after the new guest vacated, but if their staff cleaned the way they're suppose to, they would of found it right on the bedstand. So hmmmm. I usually enjoy staying at Wyndham hotels, but this was the bottom of the barrell.
