The room's drip coffee maker was broken and they had left kurig pods to go with it. (This combo would not work even if the coffee maker worked). When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the hotel phone was also broken. Key cards deactivated multiple times....

Not worth the stay.
The room was not as pictured as far as the furniture was not sturdy, chipped and dirty. The couch was stained, there was mold in the shower, missing tiles in the bathroom, and the fridge smelled when you opened it and we needed to call maintenance to replace it.

the biggest issue was the headboards on the 2 queen beds had a fabric that was peeling off and hitting your pillows or you back if leaning back just old the toilet seat also needed replacing w a peeling on the seat it’s self clean but disturbing

Beautiful location, however I was surprised to find all the restaurants including the bar closed at 8p, so we had to drive into town for dinner. Hot tub closed at 9p, so we basically weren't able to take advantage of any facilities. Breakfast was convenient but super slow. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. In short, when driving through, the lack of conveniences aren't worth the extra expense. Maybe if we were staying for a weekend and golfing? Other resorts are closer to Bachelor. Other hotels are more walkable to Bend or Sisters.
