"Lovely hotel in central London… love the location, so convenient and easy walk to Earls court underground. Stayed 5 nights with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. "The hotel location was perfect...in the heart of Kensington. Location was very convenient for trains, Uber, cabs and buses. The room accomodation was fair... the carpet was dirty and very soiled. The love seat was also not clean...very worn and could have benefited from a good shampoo. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory. The staff was friendly especially Ali who worked the Starbucks counter. He was very friendly and demonstrated impeccable customer service skills. I would stay at this location again but will request a room where some.of the amenities are not as worn and soiled."
