It was a great place to stay with my family. Cozy, had fun and good nature view. Only issue was the tub was easily clogged and dumpsters were quite far. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful view with fully stocked condo
I love crown point. It’s very quiet and peaceful plus a beautiful view. The condos are a bit dated especially the exterior but you have everything you need and beds are comfy!! Negative things to me were the staff was not friendly at check in but they were nice at check out. I will stay again but hoping for nicer staff the whole time!

What a gem! We really enjoyed our condo. We had a 3 bedroom, two bath with plenty of space. The listing only mentioned one bathroom so the second was a sweet surprise. All the rooms were spacious and included ceiling fans which we appreciate so much. The three bedrooms are all located upstairs and the living room, balcony, and kitchen is downstairs. The condos are set up similiar to apartments and had ours being located on the very far left with numerous stairs to take. If you are not great with stairs I would suggest calling first to see how they accomodate. The bathrooms were conveniently sized with plenty of towels, washclothes, and toiletries. The ONLY thing we were put off from was the hot water took over 20 minutes to warm up to a very lukewarm temperature on our first morning. It seem later that evening into the next day, we had to let the water run for a good 10-15 to reach very hot water. We were much happier once the hot water kicked in. We also noticed many of the doors in the home were off centered or jammed very easily. It seems it can be a very simple fix that could be done in ynder an hour to every door. The kitchen was a decent size with kitchen essentials. The fridge and freezer worked well and appreciated the coffee provided. The living room was quaint and included a fireplace that we did not get to take advantage of. The balcony was great and provided a breathtaking views and had 4 chairs outside to sit and enjoy the view. The pool was freezing cold

I loved the view and the looks of the outside of the property. I did not like that we had a handicap and also there was no water pressure in the master bathroom sink. The balcony was very nice but a tree was in my view. However the birds in the tree made up for it because we also had a treeless view from the bedroom. My only complaint was the water pressure in the master.

Enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and peaceful with awesome views. Everything we need was available. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken when we were there one of the things we were looking forward to is relaxing in hot tub. Cold water was not working the morning of checkout so couldn’t take our shower. Overall highly recommend.

We had an issue with the front door, not locking. We went to the front desk twice. We stayed there for 4 nights it was still not fixed when we left on the fourth night. We were going to ask them to fix the drains in the tub because they were backed up. But we saw the results from when we asked them to fix our front lock which my opinion was really important. They didn’t do anything about that. So the odds of them fixing the clogged drain probably slim to none. I will say the property had a really nice view. A little dated but OK.

My wife and I stayed Friday thru Sunday and it was extremely nice. GREAT staff and they have something for the kids to do in the rec room (pool table,ping pong, games) and a warm pool to swim with grills right outside. We will definitely be back.

Condo was great and property was clean. Awesome views. Only complaint i have is the pool water was way to hot. Was very uncomfortable to swim in. Water was literally steaming hot in the pool.
