I was never able to check-in on my travel date due to a travel ban and road closures. I called the hotel on multiple occasions to get a refund but seems like the manager is purposely avoiding all communication regarding my refund. Hotel was great, friendly staff, free breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at, hotel conveniently next to restaurant it was crowded but we ended up picking a weekend there was a kids football tournament so hotel also had ALOT of kids just running around in hallways.
