The staff are nice and the room is big. The bldg is old and so the noises from the dripping shower faucet, loud hum from the AC and the kid’s footsteps (running back & forth) above us caused sleepless night. The family with small kids should be given rooms on the ground floor and not just for those guests with pets.

Great stay!

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good - eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, sausage, hot cinnamon rolls and bread and bagels and cereals. It was quite and hotel location very convenient to everything.

Good value and location for visiting the Santa Barbara area. The water for a shower was just warm enough. The breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
