Girlfriends weekend at the beach. Great location to Ringling. Right on the beach with their own beach umbrellas. Used pool, jacuzzi and cabanas. Continental breakfast was fine. 3 bedroom with kitchen and round dinning table great to cook and ear in.

This was our first stay at this property though it's been on our list for a long while. I will start off by saying we were wowed by our 3 bedroom unit. We've staying at a lot of higher end condo's and resorts over the years but this unit and property itself exceeded all others. Unfortunately we noticed A LOT of ants on the kitchen counters and reported it to the front desk within an hour of checking in.We were told she would be sending someone up.We left to get our groceries.We thought we'd be safe putting our packaged food in the cabinets as we didn't see any ants in them.We get up the following morning and pull out a package and it was loaded with ants and just as many ants on the counters as the previous day. We brought this to the attention of the front desk who again said they'd send someone. Long story short, the ants NEVER WERE taken care of, they persisted throughout our 5 day stay. We could not use the kitchen, we couldn't open any food that couldn't go in the fridge, we didn't even want to put out dishes or prepare anything, that's how bad it was.We get the fact it IS Florida but there IS NO excuse for a property of this caliber to have the kitchen infested with ants nor having a reliable service ON CALL to immediately spray the unit.There is NO EXCUSE to not have the units regularly sprayed to prevent this. Despite the front desk telling us they sent a service to spray(on the third day!)we saw no evidence of it and had loads of ants all 5 days. SO DISAPPOINTING.

I loved the safety aspect, and how you can only access the floors through the keycard. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was very beautiful. I also loved renting the paddle boards and kayaks. It was very interesting seeing all the pelicans and schools of fishes ☺️.
