Nice clean and bright hotel! Friendly staff and safe surrounding area. Close to highways and shopping and dining. Great pitstop after picking up my child from college on way back home. We will definitely stay again!

A night away
Couple out night getaway. Hotel was very clean friendly service. Clean room. Over the bed way on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off finally at after i couldn't sleep with it on i called and they came down and finally aafter 10 mins.we figured out how to turn it off. Only got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Breakfast was good. Overall I would give it a 9.5 rating....lol

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk (forgot his name) was very welcoming and helpful. Quick check in and answered a couple of questions about the town. Very pleasant. This hotel is newly renovated including our room (118) and we plan on returning next summer for a date long weekend as this town, downtown and hotel are perfect for a mid-aged couple such as my wife and I. Breakfast was perfect - eggs, ham, waffles - the works. Just very pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality

The staff lacks customer service or adaptability skills. There was no heat in the room and the staff response was to tell me he is not a maintenance man. This was not communicated to the staff in the morning and basically got the run around. My room was not cleaned not one time in the four days I stayed there.
