"We've been visiting Watercolor 2-3 times per year for 15 years, and have stayed in houses in every other district. This was our first time being so close to the Beach club and it was great! The condo is comfortable and spacious, and is a short walk to the beach club, shopping and dining. The owner is very accessible - I sent a text with some planning questions, and he called back within 5 mins. We were 2 adult couples on this trip, but the condo will also fit us and our 3 adult children very comfortably. We will be back! "

"This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property.. "

"It adequately handled all 17 of us with 8 adults and 9 grandkids ranging in ages from 11-24. The location is amazing as we could walk to Seacrest for any quick foods and drive to Publix for groceries only minutes away. The views from the two balconies is breathtaking. Also the connection with the management Co was so easy and immediate. We truly had a wonderful Christmas vacation."
