Room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. But, shower water pressure was low and the water didn’t get very hot. Other than that, a great stay.

Charged my credit card twice for incidental. When I called. I talked to three different people. The last person was so rude, after I told him I only authorized one hold for incidental. He told me he can't do anything and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.
