Chrystal Beach

We encountered a small inconvenience the first night around 11:00 and I texted my hostess and she and her husband made sure that the problem was corrected immediately. I greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness. It was unfortunate that the weather was cool and wet because the location is outstanding for enjoying nature and the out of doors.

I had asked if there was an outdoor fire pit - they provided enough kindling and wood to have a fire on one of the evenings. I couldn't get the TV to work (probably operator error) so the host very kindly popped right over and got it working. While she was there, she asked if there was anything I had forgotten that they could provide. There wasn't, but I appreciated the offer. I brought my dog with me and we had fun exploring the property and the nearby parks along Lake Superior before I headed out cross country skiing. The place was immaculate and very well stocked with all the essentials. All in all, a really nice, relaxing winter get away. I would definitely go back in any season!

Gret Stay

As soon as we walked in, it was evident that this was a going to be a great stay on our Lake Superior Circle tour. Everything was exactly as described, clean and very well equipped. Alexandra and her family were both friendly and helpful. Loved the views both day and night from the balcony. Our dog Nahla loved their two dogs.

Amazing and Romantic

Everything was beautiful and clean and very charming. The sunset over the water was breathtaking and Alexandra was very helpful and attentive! Thank you for a stay we will never forget! We can't wait to come back!
