While the hotel is just a short walk from the airport, I didn't want to manhandle luggage in the cold. They provided a shuttle and the driver was especially helpful in getting it not only to the front desk, but also to the room. Used to be a standard thing, but it isn't anymore and I appreciated it.

Due to a major snowstorm, I had to cancel my travel plans and reschedule them. I contacted Expedia in an effort to reschedule. I even paid the travel insurance. I’m still waiting. It is one hotel stay and should easily be rescheduled. So far I’m very disappointed. I hope Expedia will make this right. This was way beyond my control as storm Blair rages across central and eastern United States.
