The hotel was beautiful and check in was fast and easy. We reserved 2 beds but she had one but they gave us 2 and the room was nice except the heater was super noisy and we were facing a roof and parking garage. I told them we were not satisfied so they moved us to a quiet room facing the city. They accommodated us very nice. Restaurants were all closed and when our show got out there were no options for food. We went to bed hungry because their restaurant, which said open until 11, would not let us order anything at 10:40. They need more options for food, but hey, the bar was open!

Fireplace suite was great! Room was clean. Lobby bar service was really slow. Valet and front desk staff do not go out of their way of providing top notch customer service. No offer to help with luggage. Pales in comparison to Northern Quest Casino and their hospitality all around.
