Todo estuvo bien aunque las almohadas eran muy blandas y no me ayudaron a descansar. La mesa del centro de la habitación estaba muy vieja y le quitaba elegancia al cuarto. El snack de los miércoles estuvo excelente y hubiese sido bueno tenerlo toda la semana.

Front desk agent was very strange. I have a large comfortable vehicle and left my border collie in the vehicle with her food and water and they still charge me for a pet even though I didn’t bring the dog inside! She said if they found out I had a pet they would charge me $1000!!!! Then on my bill there was a $168 charge for a pet!

Service was great, the room itself was spacious and had a nice layout and functioning kitchen, however there was hair on floors, stains on carpet and overall a lot of wear and tear on furniture. The bed and pillows wrre not the most comfortable so we did have a hard time sleeping. It was ok for 1 night.

Our stay overall was fine. The rooms were what was expected from the pictures. The service was not consistent. Most of the staff was pleasant although we were provided misinformation and different responses when trying to extend our stay. One staff person in particular was short and rude with her responses as if we were bothering her.
