This multi-level home is spacious, bright and fun for the whole family. Centrally located in Tahoe Vista, this property is close to hiking, mountain biking, Tahoe beaches and the major ski resorts of Northstar at Tahoe, Squaw and Alpine Meadows.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

We will do everything we can to insure the hot tub is in working condition prior to arrival. In the event that the hot tub is inoperable during your stay, we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. No other discounts or concessions will be offered.
