Property was update. Didn’t like lack of communication between Expedia and resort and had me waiting around 2 plus hours with four kids and only gave me acard game and didn’t let me enjoy water park on time so my time was limited and I come on time for that reason.

Was mildly disappointed by our trip. While the kids had fun at the waterpark, the adults realized that this isn't much of a "resort". We had to pay $25 for parking even as guests ($40 for valet). When leaving, we were told that because we didn't do valet that we didn't have access to the luggage carts that were readily available in the vestibule and would have to wait for someone to bring back a smaller one. We ended up carrying all our bags to the car. I messaged ahead of time to see if they could put a balloon or something in our room (it was our daughters 13th bday) for when we arrived. I have done this at many places, and hotels gladly upgrade/add small special touches, but was messaged back with prices to add things to the room. We were told by someone on the ski lift that a corporation bought out the resort and it has been slowly declining ever since. He actually said after 40 years getting season passes this would be his last year. Just seems like you get nickle and dimed. Was definitely a turn off.
