"First let me say it was clean and owner was good at communicating. Now lets get into minor issues: if 3 adults are staying there and you are providing towels you shoukd have 3 not 2. Place settings , this property says it is for 4, we had 3. Cutlery, plates and such were at most 2, bowls 1. You have a microwave but your plates and bowls have a metal ring on them not goid to use in microwave.Never did i have issues with noise in the middle of the night, during the day and evening it could be a bit noisy but its a basement so that is to be expected. I would say a door at the bottom of the stairs would alleviate much of that. Like i said most of these things were minor"

"This home boosts - luxurious stay - far from it ! First off all the furniture it clearly second hand broken down - still a re-store sticker on the table leg There was no soap shampoo ect in any of the washrooms Bedding was one sheet on the bed so thin you can see through it and a cheap Walmart comforter Cleanliness was surface only - baseboards were dirty, light fixtures were dirty Shower door in downstairs was off the track "
