Great location, just one block from Ginza 8th Ave. Close to shopping. room is small, no place for luggage at all. No one at lobby during night. Breakfast buffet offers bare minimal selection. It is no frill hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Remm Plus hotel for over a week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its standout features. Situated just behind the vibrant Ginza district, it offers easy access to some of Tokyo's most prominent shopping and dining spots. Being next to a Family Mart and Dondondki is a huge convenience for those late-night snacks or quick meals. The proximity to Ginza and Shimbashi Train Stations, both within a 5-10 minute walk, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. Public transportation in Tokyo is top-notch, and this hotel’s location certainly enhances that experience. However, when it comes to the rooms and staff service, I found myself comparing it to the earlier branch, Remm Hibiya. While the Remm Plus hotel is nice, the Hibiya branch felt a bit more refined, with a more decent environment and friendlier staff. The service at Remm Plus was satisfactory, but the warmth and attentiveness I experienced at Hibiya set a higher standard. In summary, while Remm Plus offers a great location and decent amenities, those looking for a more personable experience may prefer the Remm Hibiya. If you're after convenience and easy access to the sights of Tokyo, Remm Plus is a solid choice, but for a more welcoming atmosphere, consider Hibiya instead.

This hotel was an excellent home base. The staff was very attentive and ibid to foreigners. Train stations are easy to find, didn't need a car. The breakfast was well worth the cost and a great start for the day.

Accommodation was great with large bed and separate bathroom/toilet. Room was small but expected in Tokyo. Room also had a safe and refrigerator. Included breakfast was good with lots of choice however coffee choice was a bit limited. Location was excellent with the main strip of Ginza, a train station and various convenience stores within a 10min walk. 1 star was removed due to the staff not being able to provide a bowl and spoon on our check out day for my early breakfast due to flight time. Despite their restaurant having plenty, they insisted I buy one from a local store for a single use! What a waste of resources and not very eco conscious.

It’s next to Ginza but it’s far enough for the crowd and noise. The massage chair in the room is the plus.
