I don't think the room has ever been cleaned properly. The amount of dust in our room was unbelievable. Even the vent was crusted and my allergies reacted as expected.

The hotel is clean even though there is on going labor dispute. The management ensured there is staff available to assist with questions or requests. But being the hotel near airport, the sound from the aircrafts taking off and landing!

Easy access to and from airport. However it is a bit confusing getting out to downtown Vancouver and coming back from downtown Vancouver. Rush hour was horrible, so either get back into Richmond before rush hour or after rush hour. Enjoyed the fish and chip restaurants in White Rock. It is an easy drive from the hotel.
