Loved the hotel. The bed was soo comfortable. The room is set up so the lights come on when you walk in and turn off if no movement in 15 minutes. Sociale was a really good place to eat both dinner and breakfast. The casino slot games were paying out, not tons but doubled my money. Would definitely stay there again.

Del Lago is a beautiful hotel. Very professional, kind and helpful employees from the start of our stay to the end of our stay. The room was beautiful for a standard king size room. This is my go to for a staycation from now on. SN the food and drinks were wonderful. Wish I would’ve did better in the casino but not bad for breaking even.

The Del Lago resort and casino was just what I had hoped it would be! The representatives were so friendly and knowledgeable about their property. Our room was clean and had ample seating. They offer bath robes for use during your stay, the robe was such a nice touch! The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but the linens were great. We enjoyed the gaming area as well and liked that it was large enough to have many machines but not so large that you feel consumed. Highly recommend a stay at this resort.

Not as nice as it should have been!

Check in and out were fine, unfortunately we had a room where our door or one in the hall rattled every few minutes. Secondly, we used the hotel restaurant and it took almost 2 hours due to 'overbooking', almost missed our show at the hotel and lastly it was like they were unprepared for the number of people at the show, was supposed to start at 8pm and didn't start until 8:30pm...very disappointed as it was supposed to be a special occasion at a swanky hotel. Also, I sent a message to the manager and never heard back.

I've stayed there previously and the bed was a king. This stay the bed was much smaller and when I called the front desk the manager was rude.

The room was just as pictured. The sheets were soft/great quality and the bed was comfortable. There was nothing to complain about expect that the bathroom doesn’t have vent fans.
