You get what you pay for. Basic amenities don't expect anything fancy. Property in need of deep cleaning. Not just a sweep or a mop, more of a power wash. I must admit seeing the dirt in corners freaked me out. I believe with a little more attention the property could be better. Staff was very friendly and helpful Location: Once you have a car everything is nearby.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald. Wij zaten in een appartement voor 2 personen met klein terras. Helaas uitzicht meer struiken dan zee.. maar terras is ruim genoeg om te zitten. Apt was ook goed schoongemaakt. Alles is heel basic, maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, ook heeft het keukentje voldoende voorzieningen. Ligging is goed. Wel echt een auto nodig, niks is op loopafstand. Veel contact gehad met Adrienne, zij is echt fantastisch. Heeft op het laatste moment auto geregeld voor ons en brengt toiletpapier en handdoeken toen schoonmaak niet geweest was. Service!! Reageert snel en is ontzettend vriendelijk. Dank daarvoor!

This property was local; making it convenient to get into the city and to various beaches. We had a comfortable stay and reception was always available to answer questions. The only downfall was that there were ants in our space which the cleaners gave us insect repellent for which helped. The facility overall was very nice and clean. It is a gated community which made us feel safe. There was parking for our car on premise. We had a balcony with the view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

entrance gates are old and prison like. Fences for the property have barbed wire on top. Rooms are dark, dirty and uninviting. Office staff are pleasant however their managers are rude and dismissive. Might possibly be the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a manager when having several complaints and in return being yelled at and threatened/intimidated by a manager via telephone 2 days later and refusing to meet with us in person to discuss concerns. These apartments are misleading and ratings are from 2014 and 2016. Did not feel safe in the area and ended up not staying when looking at apartment. Definitely would not have been comfortable walking in the neighborhood. AC did not work and bathrooms were filthy. Lastly, we had the locks changed on our rooms when we told them we were not staying however a decision was still pending on refund so keys were not turned in even though room was paid for and we were waiting for decision from management regarding refund.
