I was pleasantly surprised! Super clean, new rooms. Good products in the bathroom. Spacious. Newly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late check out. They were all very nice and polite. I normally wouldn't stay in this area but now will definitely be booking again! Thanks again!

Very good. I will stay here again. Conveniently located, the hotel was a short walk to the Vancouver conference center. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding streets. The art galleries were close at hand. The hotel room on the fourth floor was clean and quiet. My only issue was the bed. It was a little too soft and gave me minor back aches. The hotel restaurant was excellent but had little selection of items. The staff and service were all excellent.

The Exchange is our go-to stay in Vancouver. Love the decor in the room, the friendliness of the staff and just the whole vibe of the hotel. Hydra is a great option for breakfast or dinner

I like this property. It's always a good stay. Staff is awesome. The rooms are clean. And love the aesthetic. The restaurant is a hidden gem too. I love this place. You get treated well here. Hidden gem for sure.

The staff was super pleasant and were always eager help! From the doorman to the reception, everyone was very kind! The room was spacious and clean, and supplies (slippers, soap, shower cap, etc.) were refilled/replaced daily. A very convenient stay for my business trip, would book again!

We only have amazing things to say about this hotel!! We booked just one night for my husband's birthday and everything was perfect. From before we even arrived with helpful texts about parking etc. I wasn't left wondering about anything which really eased any anxiety I might usually have going to a new place. When we arrived the front desk attendant was very friendly and efficient. We were told we had been upgraded to the biggest suite they had and then when he found out it was for a birthday he sent up a complimentary bottle on wine to our room as well! We really felt like royalty there. The room was the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bathtub and the record player were highlights for me! I also really appreciated the option to text the front desk staff instead of calling. Bonus points for that. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant the next morning was superb as well, very glad we opted into that while booking. Thank you for such a memorable stay, EXchange Hotel!
