A great hotel. The only slight negative was the first room (we stayed in two) had a really odd layout which made the room dark. It was in the King Superior class and TBH the Queen Deluxe was much better. Other than that a great stay!

Hotel room was nice but you can’t control the temperature in the room or open any windows so I didn’t sleep well as it was too warm (whole building is same temp controlled by a geothermal system). Check in is super confusing and stressful. Nowhere to park on street, parked illegally then went in and valet says lobby is on second floor. Parking is super tight and down 6 and 7 underground levels. I had to leave luggage against a wall then carefully pull my car out of the parking spot then get out and load my small suitcase and handbag in when I checked out. The location is excellent and walkable but otherwise not worth the cost.

This is a very nice hotel, comfortable beds. Convenient to cruise ships and downtown Vancouver. Some street noise early in the morning.
