The villas are off the beaten path. Maybe 5 other cars total the 4 days we were there. We had a great experience. One thing to note- the shuttle buses DO NOT run during the winter…. We just needed to plan ahead, and have everything with us. Parking was nice and close when we got to the waterpark. Of all the vacations we have been to in the Dells, this was by far our best experience. EVERYONE was friendly, kind, and patient. Especially the lifeguards!

Awful Experience
We were told the condo would sleep nine people. At the most I would aleep in it would be 8. We also found a dead mouse next to fridge. The resort didnt want to do anything because I booked through Hotels.com. They finally gave a free night and moved us because Hotels called them. There isn't much to do there for kids and the Grandkids got bored. The water coaster and half the kids area were shutbdown. There was so much dust on the slides you could see it from the floor. I would not recommend wasting your money here when there are better options in the Dells.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! It wasn't overcrowded, the room was great for what we needed, and the water park was fun! One of the slides was shut down which was a bummer, but that's just life. Also, noisy neighbors on our 2nd night, but that only lasted 15 minutes so not worth docking the property over. All in all, it kept us all entertained and the price was unbeatable!

The rooms are very nice. The waterpark is pretty dated and looks dirty. Parking is an absolute pain in the butt. If you're staying in a room you should get first dibs over people just visiting.

This suite was full of flies not the best first impression, went down to reception ask them to move rooms they said they will send housekeeping, which they went and vacuum but couldn’t do anything about the flies. To top it off no one ever went to clean the room the next day and when they went we had a gold ring missing and reported it.
