"- convenient location and friendly, helpful personnel. also liked how the hotel had exits to different parts of the city like onto Gerrard St., Bay St., Yonge St.
more indoor shopping ( especially for those cold winter days like we just had ) would be great so we wouldn't have to battle mother nature while staying in Toronto!"
